Warranty Policy

1. The products sold by YY TECHNOLOGY are free of charge for one year from the date of sale.

2. The accessories will be exchanged free of charge within three months from the date of sale.

 

Replacement policy: During the warranty period, the following conditions can be changed.

1. The product has experienced serious failure since the date of sale. It can be replaced by the on-site appraisal confirmed by our company technician to confirm that it cannot be repaired.

Due to the transit damage of the logistics company,the machine body can be deformed and damaged ,and the machine can be replaced .

 

One of the following conditions is not covered by the free warranty, The service department can perform paid maintenance as required

1. The customer is damaged due to improper use, maintenance and storage.

2. It is not damaged by the repair of the special service personnel designated by YY TECHNOLOGY. (Including customer modification or disassembly and maintenance by self).

3.No date of manufacture or purchase of voucher

4. The model does not match the purchase date or certificate.

5. Loss caused by irresistible natural disasters or the use of the environment (including plant circuits).

6, Non-genuine, products that have exceeded the warranty period.
